「ーどころではない」is used to strongly negatve the content preceded by 「どころではない」。
In conversation, 「どころじゃない」is often used.

1)「それどころではない」is often used to negate the previous statement.
テレビを見る時間もない。それどころか、食事をする時間もない。
最近はとてもいそがしくて、海外旅行どころではありません。
